While with National Will Safe, your documents are fully insured against any loss or damage. If something happens to them, we’ll replace or recreate them for you at no cost. If a document is lost or damaged when it’s needed, or if we only find out about the loss or damage when it’s needed, we’re insured for up to £2 million. This is to cover any losses or expenses caused by not having a legally binding document available.

You can get your documents back anytime you want, without any fees. If your Executors need to get your Will, they just need to show a death certificate and their ID to National Will Safe. We give you and your Executors plastic ID cards with your name, a unique storage number, and our contact info. Also, we’ll list where your documents are on the National Wills Register for free.
